Adrian is a Professor of Psychology at University College London, Adjunct Professor at BI Norwegian School of Management and one of the world’s leading business psychologists. He is a newspaper columnist at The Sunday Times. He writes regularly for the Daily Telegraph and is a regular contributor to national and international radio and television stations including the BBC, CNN, and ITV. Adrian is also a member of The Leadership Trust’s Advisory Council and on the board of The Tavistock Institute. Paul Turner has an expert knowledge and a wealth of experience of implementing people strategies including organisational coaching, employee engagement, cultural change, recruitment, HR strategy and measurement. He achieved a strong track record of success at HR Executive level in the UK financial services sector which is evidenced by his recognition as Best International HR Executive, Top 40 UK HR Power Players List, Top 100 Most Influential UK HR Directors List and HR UK Director of the Year Award Finalist. Paul is known for his ability to understand the nature of the challenges business face and in response provides insightful advice and practical, pragmatic support and solutions.

Gus Newby Grant, Consultant
Gus’ practical leadership and management experience combined with his focus on maximising human potential ensures he can facilitate and train with authority and understanding in the Capability Building part of the Kinetic portfolio. Gus has spent his working life in the world of leadership and development, as a British Army officer and as a consultant (with Kinetic since 2008). As a consultant, he has worked with a broad range of industry sectors (from SME to multi-national), NGO’s and on governmental infrastructure projects. Gus’ last military role was as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst where he achieved best in class training results.

Benoit Guitaut, Consultant
Benoit’s experience in B2B areas and his passion for training make him a partner in Strategy Enabling and an essential member of the Kinetic Capability team. Benoit has 15 years of experience in the trade finance, purchasing and consulting environments. The combination of his blue chip track record and passion for training enable him to create and deliver powerful learning experiences for Kinetic’s clients. His last role before joining Kinetic was as Procurement Senior Manager at PepsiCo in the Capital and operations areas, with a total spend of >$500mi.

Kenny Kerswell, Consultant
Kenny focuses on turning Vision into Action through ‘enabling’ the organisation to meet business objectives. Working with multi-functional teams: he devises and aligns strategic plans; supports their implementation; and builds the required culture / capabilities within an organisation to deliver them. Kenny’s 15 year career has been as a HR business partner within a large multinational Company. His expertise, initially developed as leader of a start-up and as Director of a mid-sized company, is on developing high performing organisations and supporting business leaders. A skilled practitioner in Strategy Implementation, Organisation Culture and Coaching, Kenny is also a qualified MBTI trainer. Immediately before joining Kinetic, Kenny was a Senior HR Leader for Procter & Gamble.

Shilpa Nazar, Coach
Shilpa is a trained Computer Engineer with a Masters in Computing Systems. She has more than 15 years of experience being a University Faculty as a teacher, trainer, coach and mentor. Her passion for public speaking led her to venture into leadership and soft skills development. As a Review Coach for talking Presentations since 2006, her role is to get people to identify their own strengths as presenters. Through one-on-one review room coaching, she has helped more than 800 participants to realise their potential, become positively motivated and build their self-confidence. She is an avid trekker and has explored and hiked through the Himalayan terrain.

Alex Congdon
Originally qualified as an Engineer, Alex’s technical, corporate and entrepreneurial experience spans 20 years in 4 countries. During this time he has led a number of global business transformation programs in blue chip multi-nationals which was later complimented by managing start-ups in telecoms, real-estate and e-commerce. This real world experience allows him to combine strong systemic thinking skills with executable, client focused solutions. A keen snowboarder, his enthusiasm slightly ahead of his ability, Alex also has a passion for property and enjoys mentoring others on their business dreams. He speaks 3 languages.

Fabienne Renodon, Business Services Manager
Fabienne’s areas of expertise include client relationship management, resource planning, office and financial management. Fabienne is a multi-tasking Office Manager who has lived and worked in France, Spain, England and Denmark. With 17 years of international experience, she is able to interact with people across organisational boundaries and liaise with customers on all levels. Her ability to learn fast and desire to take on new responsibilities allow her to adapt quickly to deliver high quality services to clients and colleagues. Fabienne’s last role before joining Kinetic was with the British Embassy in Copenhagen.

Rachelle Saulog, Operations Manager
Rachelle joined the company in 2006 and was instrumental in setting up 8ack’s accounts system and business processes. She has a University degree in Accountancy. Rachelle’s role involves HR, customer relationship, database and financial management along with office and course administration. She loves being the Camera Operator on talking Presentations and has fulfilled this vital role on 65 workshops to date. Watching participants grow and build their confidence in just two days brings with it a level of job satisfaction not normally available to those in the accountancy profession. Rachelle gets the job done and will always go the extra mile to support the business.

Adonis Yamat, IT Manager
Adonis joined the company in 2007. He is responsible for all IT-related activities of the team in alignment with the business objectives of the organisation. Adonis is also involved in planning, coordinating and providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of IT which includes data management, CRM management and business intelligence. He also supports all marketing initiatives by coordinating and collating content, updating the company’s social media accounts, email marketing and the website all of which help to drive business growth.
